I absolutely love this little jar, and I can think of a hundred ways to use it!
Today’s craft project is brought to us from the Deco Art Blog!
This is Day of 14 100 Days of Debt Free DIY Holiday Ideas where we bring you the best from around the web of holiday crafts, recipes, DIY gift ideas and projects and of course money saving tips and strategies so you can have a debt free Christmas and not break the bank!
Snowy Mason Jar
This snowy mason jar is so simple but ends up looking so elegant. I love how the Epsom salt gives the appearance of snow and ice.
Are you thinking what I’m thinking?
Yes, I can see myself using this technique over and over again on all sorts of Christmas and holiday projects.
Once the jar is complete, Chrystal uses it as a luminary, but you could place a small gift inside the jar too. The decorative jar could then be used as a ‘second’ gift to the recipient.
I’m definitely making these, and I think they will look beautiful on the mantel.
I can’t wait to get started!
