Peppermint Meringue Cookies

Ok, I love cookies. I really do. I think I tell you this every time I post a new cookie recipe find.

Today’s baking inspiration comes to us from Tiffany at Living Sweet Moments!

This recipe is definitely a keeper. I mean who won’t love these meringue cookies with a chocolate and peppermint center? Oh boy, it will be like heaven in our mouths when we get to pop one in!

I could see making these for a holiday party, for Christmas Eve dinner, to give as a festive holiday gift, or to just make and eat a bunch yourself!

I think that’s what I’m going to do. I’ll let you know if I decide to share them with anyone.
