We have a great do-ahead recipe for you today. And, if you’re a peanut and chocolate lover you’ll really be in heaven!
Welcome to Day 19 of 100 Days of Debt Free DIY Holiday Ideas. I’ve searched the web to bring you some of the best DIY and budget friendly holiday ideas to eat, make and give all without breaking the bank this Christmas!
Peanut Butter Truffles
Ok, what I love about these truffles is you can make the dough ahead of time and store in the refrigerator overnight so you can do them in a two step process. This would work well if you are planning on making a lot of them. Make the peanut butter balls on one day and coat with the chocolate or your other favorite topping the second day.
Everybody loves peanut butter and chocolate right so go ahead and make them as gifts, for holiday parties, for your coworkers. Anyone who loves chocolate and peanut butter will love them, and they taste just like a peanut butter cup!
Thank you, Jessica, at Swanky Recipes for today’s holiday idea!

I’m a professional cleaner with over 13 years of hands-on experience cleaning homes, a published writer, certified money specialist, and the founder of A Mess Free Life. After paying off over $50,000 in debt, I dedicated myself to helping others master their homes and their money — proving that a clean, organized, stress-free life is possible no matter where you’re starting from. When I’m not writing, you’ll find me cooking, playing bocce, sipping an extra dirty martini, or enjoying the ocean with my cats nearby. I’m also a proud mom and grandma who cares deeply for my mother at home.
